Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During promotional periods, there may be slight delays. You will be notified via email about the status of your order.

Shipping Times & Costs

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

Domestic (Turkey): 7-14 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

North America: 7-14 business days

Australia: 7-15 business days

Other Regions: 10-21 business days

Shipping fees are clearly stated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions on orders exceeding a specific amount.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking is available for all international orders, including those to Australia.

International Shipping & Customs (Especially for Australia)

We actively ship to Australia. For all international orders, any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, and import charges are covered by us.

However, any identity verifications or additional documentation requested by Australian Border Force (ABF) must be provided by the customer. Delays due to failure to provide required documents are not the responsibility of ZynoraHub.

Payment Processing & Compliance (Braintree)

All payments are securely processed via Braintree. Braintree complies with international financial regulations and supports multiple currencies, including AUD.

Due to security and anti-fraud measures, some orders may require additional verification. You may be asked to submit identification or payment verification documents.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days. We will respond promptly to resolve the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please contact us at hubzynora@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed through Braintree to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear.
